BUILLD TO PRINT CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
Nichols Manufacturing is a premier build to print contract manufacturer. Nichols Manufacturing strives for zero defect parts that meet all blueprint and customer requirements and specifications.

IN PROCESS INSPECTION​
As part of Nichols Mfg's quality assurance and control processes, we perform in process inspection at each production operation. In the event that out customer does not set an inspection lot size Nichols Mfg will use the lot size standards based on ANSI z1.4-2003 (R2018) inspection lot size standard.

PRODUCTION PARTS
Nichols Manufacturing can handle complex single piece part orders as well as large lot sizes of several hundred parts. The same quality assurance and control checks are performed throughout the production process for single part orders as well as high volume production runs

FIXTURES AND TOOLING
Nichols Manufacturing has produced build to print tooling and fixturing in support of our customer's strategic programs needs.

WELDING AND REPAIR
Nichols Manufacturing has the ability to perform welding and repair services across several industries including ground support equipment, marine, and various other industries.

FIXTURES AND TOOLING
Nichols Manufacturing has the ability to produce custom in house tooling and fixturing to support in house manufacturing, in-process inspection and assembly work.

PRODUCTION PARTS
Nichols Manufacturing provides non AS9100 parts to several commercial and government customers. Due to the non AS9100 requirements of these customers, Nichols Mfg has provided assistance with part and product design.
