Nichols Manufacturing Inc. was created in 1979 by Jon and Lettie Nichols. Lettie's experience in sales and customer service combined with Jon's expertise in machining, welding and mechanical engineering have allowed the business to grow and sustain in a very competitive market for almost three decades. Nichols Manufacturing is a small, Hispanic, woman-owned business, and is currently certified as a 8(a)-BDP business with the Small Business Administration.

We work with several CAD formats, (e.g., IGES, DXF, and Parasolid). We have a wide range of CNC (as well as manually operated) mills and lathes. The CNC equipment is programmed with SurfCAM along with NC Verify software. In addition to a state of the art Starrett coordinate measuring machine, our inspection department is comprised of a large variety of manual inspection tools and gauges. The same quality and attention to detail is given to motorcycle work as to the Space Shuttle -- whether the customer is NASA, Lockheed Martin, or a motorcycle owner.
We offer pick-up and delivery of both parts and drawings for our customers in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Quotes and inquiries can be sent to us via Fax or by Email. We accept VISA and MasterCard as means of payment.
